Ordering Costs

As you would expect all our prices are in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees). The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge plus any additional services you choose (if any). You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you confirmed an order.

Where we Deliver

To further facilitate your access to your needs, we offer to deliver to meet your requirements straight to where you live within Sri Lankan Borders. For better service we outsourced to a dedicated courier.

Deliver & Processing Time

We do not add delivery chargers when you checkout, because all the courier charges in ‘COD’ (Cash On Delivery). So you have to pay courier charges when your parcel is delivered to you. 

Processing time normally take 72h (3 days) after you successfully checkout. But that maybe be change in this current situation. Some items are uncollectable and delivery time drag till country is back to normal or bit further. If that’s the case we will inform you in email.

Return Conditions

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 07 days after delivery. This is why we encourage our customers to let us know if they are dissatisfied with their purchase as soon as possible, so we never have to say “no” to you.

You must include a receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed. There is no return or exchange for opened, tested or tampered packages under any condition.

DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software packaging discs must still be sealed. If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the package should not be opened.

For any return the cost of courier should bear by the purchaser.
